Gave a great overview of the City, and was easy to use to see major attractions. The staff were terrific and very helpful. The buses were of a high standard.

Ticketing was a bit of a pain. We had to restart the ticketing, 3 times. I wish we'd realized that we could buy tickets there. Also the stop with the casino/gardens is really spread out. Would be nicer to have a couple of drop zones along there.

We boarded at the number one "hop on hop off" stop, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The trip and commentary were excellent . We did have a "panic" moment because your website said we must have a printed copy of the ticket and as we were staying at an Air BNB and booked on line we did not have access to a printer. Your website didn't mention we could get a printed ticket at the number one stop. Perhaps you could mention this can be done at that venue.

All aspects of the Hop On Hop Off was easy from booking to purchasing ticket at the Information pop up stand.
Loved the commentating. We did the full circuit then stayed on and Hopped Off at our chosen stop.
Loved everything about our experience for 1 day. Thankyou Darwin
