Rehber çok iyiydi. Gezi iyice zevk aldım. Tek sorun, bilette otelden karşılamadan bahsedilmesiydi, ancak yolculuktan önceki gece yerel acenteyle iletişime geçtiğimde, karşılama menzillerinin dışında olduğu için karşılamanın mümkün olmayacağını söylediler. Neyse ki onu aramıştım, aksi takdirde karşılama değişikliği ile ilgili herhangi bir onay almadığım için seyahati kaçıracaktım.

Amazing experience! Very immersive a d tourist friendly. Our guide Nick was very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Our guide Jecky was great and we were able to learn a lot from him and the experience 😊 He asked our group thought-provoking questions which really enriched the tour. Tip: make sure to write your mobile. Tour company will contact you to confirm pick up details including license plate of car/bus picking you up. We had a bit of confusion regarding this and thought bud had left us but it was our confusion as the bus that had left had a different license plate (even though it was part of the same tour company that was picking up other guests in our same hotel) The ticketing experience with Headout was bad. Book through Viator or someone else. The actual booking with Headout was easy but the tickets were "pending" for 2 days. I had to contact their customer service 3 separate times before the tickets were confirmed (and they were confirmed 12 hours before the experience was to begin)

The opportunity to learn about the city we just arrived in. To be able to go back and see the city at night as well. Not all of the audio worked in all the seats. There were so many more buildings that we would have liked more information on that had nothing (like Bitexco #5 iconic building!). The stops were hard to find based on the map. The staff were all friendly.
