Overall it was fun, but the instructions to enter the studio wasn't clear and we ended up going back and buy tickets for the entrance. In general it was fun

Booking the express pass was not great, because you can't review the times you get allocated before actually buying the ticket. Do not recommend using this service

We had two days in USJ primarily for our 5 years old daughter during the mid October school holidays. In order to skip the time to queue up for the popular games of USJ, we decided to buy the 4-D package for 4 persons ( my wife, helper, daughter and myself). Without knowing much from the website about the age/ height restrictions as well as the specified time period for each of the games, we ended up with the first game ( Harry Potter's ) started early in the morning, 10am where as the last one (Nintendo Mario ) around 9pm. The problem with these tickets was not we needed to play all the 4 games within the same day, with the time slot unaware before the purchase. Only after paying for it, we were able to make reservations for each game but found out that the time slots available to choose were very limited. Also, the height restrictions ( not mentioning in Headout website) basically precluded my daughter from playing most of the games which we found out only when we entered the venue. We ended up only playing the first game for my helper and myself, and then gave up the others game ( my daughter not allowed to play due to height restrictions and the last game was way too late for us after exhausting ourselves over 8 hours inside USJ. A complete disastrous experience indeed.

The Harry Potter ride was awesome. Very good ticketing app this. All smooth no problems. Was able to get express passes that were sold out on USJ official site

Mario Kart: Koopa's Challenge is the world's first interactive Mario Kart-themed ride where you go on an arduous journey with Mario and Peach while managing to fire shells at opponents and collecting gold coins.
Hollywood Dream: The Ride is a rollercoaster that offers you the thrill of flying while listening to some catchy music. If rollercoasters are not your jam, you can choose to go on the JAWS instead, an immersive experience where you try to outsmart terrifying sharks!
Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey™ takes you on a five-minute magical journey that takes you across the dark corners of the wizarding world with the help of robotic arms, and 4K-HD visuals.
Chainsaw Man: The Chaos 4-D brings to life characters from the popular manga Chainsaw Man who take on zombie-infested streets in an immersive 4D cinema!
