O gün harika bir deneyim yaşadık! :) Öncelikle her şey çok iyi organize edilmişti. Turdan bir gün önce tamamen rezerve edildiğine ve sorunsuz bir başlangıç için herkesin buluşma noktasına daha erken gelmesi gerektiğine dair bir posta aldık. MS Gabriele çok genişti, oturmak için masalar ve rahat koltuklar vardı. Teknenin ortasındaki barda insanlar her zaman içecek ve atıştırmalık satın alabiliyordu. Tek yön yaklaşık 2 saat sürdü, ancak rehberlerimiz her zaman balinalar ve kutuplar hakkında gerçekten ilginç bilgiler veriyordu. Ayrıca, her zaman güvertede kalmamıza ve yolculuğu gözlemlememize izin verildi. Sonunda balina izleme noktasına vardığımızda, rehberimiz Martina bizimle birlikte dışarıda olacak ve herkese nereye bakacaklarını, ne arayacaklarını vb. söyleyecekti. Çok sayıda balina, bazı kuyruklar gördük - gerçekten çok güzel ve unutulmaz bir deneyimdi! :)

Deneyim, adından da anlaşılacağı üzere oldukça farklı. Bu turda sessiz bir şey yok - rehberler ÇOK yüksek sesli hoparlörler kullanıyor, çok fazla konuşma var ve ilgilenmeseniz bile, söylemeleri gereken her şeyi duymanız gerekiyor - ANC kulaklıkları o kadar güçlü değil. Hava durumuna bağlı olarak sular gerçekten sert olabilir, bu yüzden uyarılmalıdır (tabii ki bu organizatörlerin hatası değil - sadece dostça bir hatırlatma). Teknedeki içecekler ve yiyecekler oldukça pahalıdır ve kendi rehberleri olan gruplarla karşılaşabilirsiniz, bu da deneyimi daha gürültülü ve can sıkıcı hale getirir. Yine de vahşi doğada bazı balinalar görebilirsiniz, bu yüzden var :)

Seeing the whales in their natural habitat was surreal – they’re so majestic. The team was awesome, sharing so much interesting info and keeping the mood light and fun. It’s one of those experiences you’ll remember forever.

Start your silent whale-watching cruise with a morning splash from Tromso. Prepare for Arctic thrills as you glide through icy waters on an eco-boat, heading to Skjervoy for a whale-feeding party. The journey to the feeding grounds takes about 3 to 3.5 hours, offering ample time to soak in the views of frozen landscapes from spacious lounges. Onboard facilities include heated indoor saloons, Wi-Fi, and a selection of food and drinks are available for purchase. Drawing from their knowledge and experience, guides will explain the behaviors and characteristics of each species, discuss their migratory patterns, and highlight conservation efforts. The eco-friendly tour allows you to witness the majestic marine and contribute to responsible tourism.

A motor escape

Choose the motorboat for a faster adventure to the prime viewing spots, especially if you are short on time. The motorized catamaran will automatically go on silent mode as you approach the whale hotspots, providing minimum disturbance to the gentle giants. You can also opt for the small motorboat for an intimate experience that also includes drinks and snacks as a part of the tour.

Intimate encounter with majestic marine life

On reaching the feeding grounds at Skjervoy, you can spend about 1 to 1.5 hours observing these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat. The success rate for spotting Humpback, Fin, Sperm whales, and/or orcas is over 95%, ensuring a memorable experience.
