Important Information

• Please note that the maximum depth you can reach is 101m where telecommunication signals will not reach you.

• It’s recommended to wear comfortable shoes.

• There are no toilets available underground.

• Note that you take part in the tour in the company of other individual tourists, the Mine is responsible for assembling a group.

• As the temperature underground reaches 14-16ºC, the best way to dress is in layers.

• Photography is allowed.

• The following are not allowed on this tour: open flames, electric torches, smoking cigarettes (including e-cigarettes), and animals.

• This experience is restricted for guests aged 10 and below and those with disabilities.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

• Please arrive at the meeting point 15 mins before the scheduled time of your tour to avoid any delays.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the meeting point. Students must show valid ID.
