This tour promises an exciting day visiting the enchanting city of Lucerne to hovering above the Albis Pass to drifting along the shores of Lake of the Four Cantons! Start at Lucerne, where your guide will point out main city landmarks as you pass them by: the Chapel Bridge, the Town Hall, the Jesuit Church, and the Culture and Congress Centre are a few to name. Continue onto Kriens, where a panoramic Gondola to Fräkmüntegg awaits you.
Hop aboard the aerial cableway "Dragon Ride" and enjoy jaw-dropping views from the panoramic windows. Once you're at the top of Mt. Pilatus, hike to the summit or venture down the Dragon's Path- the choice is yours. You'll find yourself relaxing on the panorama terrace, where delicious sights of the Swiss Alps and the blue lakes frame your view. But the highlight of your trip is yet to come: a thrilling descent on the world's steepest cogwheel railway! You'll also enjoy an hour-long cruise on the calm Lake of the Four Cantons, where the spectacular landscape can be absorbed from a unique vantage point!

In winters, this tour runs under the name of "Mount Pilatus – The Mystic Mountain".

The funicular is in service from May - mid-Nov.

The boat ride on Lake Lucerne is operational from May-Oct.

As the cable car routes are inaccessible during winters, the itinerary will be altered.

The gondola and cable car are unavailable at the beginning of Nov for servicing reasons.

Food and drinks are not allowed in the vehicle.

The cogwheel train has been postponed to Mon 5 Jun due to unfavorable weather conditions. Mount Pilatus will still be accessible by cable car and will operate from May 18 onwards.

The descent by cogwheel train is replaced by the panoramic gondolas and the aerial cableway Dragon Ride.

Guests will receive a voucher for a non-alcoholic drink to be redeemed at one of the restaurants on the summit of Mount Pilatus.
