Important Information

• The duration of stay in the observation deck is approx 45 minutes.

• Facilities: Guide dogs are allowed, and cloakrooms are available.

• Due to existing structural conditions, this experience is, unfortunately, unsuitable for wheelchair users or guests with limited mobility, and pram/stroller users.

• Because the TV Tower is such a popular attraction, guests still may have to queue for the security check and elevator.

• Infants under 4 can enter for free.

• The following are not allowed: Outside food, luggage, suitcases, trolley suitcases, rucksacks, etc.

• Dress code: smart casual wear is recommended.
