The experience itself was great. Amazing views and easy to get up to the top. Staff were all really helpful. The link to the meeting point in the app was incorrect. It took us to the back entrance of the tower. Fortunately we gave ourselves plenty of time and found it ourselves. Second ticket didn't scan on the way out and then disappeared from screen so staff had to let us out.Tjeerd

Zoom up to the top and step out onto the observation deck that stands 207 sweeping meters above ground level. Breathe in the breathtaking panoramic views of Berlin and its surroundings. Try and place some of the iconic landmarks like Alexanderplatz or the Brandenburg Gate.

Due to existing structural conditions, this experience is, unfortunately, unsuitable for wheelchair users or guests with limited mobility, and pram/stroller users.

Because the TV Tower is such a popular attraction, guests still may have to queue for the security check and elevator.
