The experience itself was great. Amazing views and easy to get up to the top. Staff were all really helpful. The link to the meeting point in the app was incorrect. It took us to the back entrance of the tower. Fortunately we gave ourselves plenty of time and found it ourselves. Second ticket didn't scan on the way out and then disappeared from screen so staff had to let us out.Tjeerd
