Ordering tickets online is easy. There is no waiting time at the foot of the tower. The elevator is fast. The restaurant is well laid out and offers a wonderful view of Berlin in the right weather. As the seating area slowly rotates clockwise, you can see all sides of Berlin several times during your 90-minute stay. The price includes a glass of sparkling wine, a coffee of your choice and a small snack. The service left no questions unanswered.
