In terms of Headout the instructions given via the app where to meet were very clear, and the member of staff wass easy to locate, when we did get there and was very polite. Explained the process of entering the gallery and showed us to the queue as there were 2. Museum was very good. Only had a limited time there ,but what we saw we Enjoyed.

In fact, there was no skipping the queue. The рщые takes you to the entrance, where you have to stand in the general queue, since this is a "security check". That is, you will stand in this queue in any case (it is mandatory for everyone). The name in the ticket description "Skip-the-Line Tickets" misleads the consumer. You can buy a ticket yourself on the official website (without overpaying for an incomprehensible service that in fact does not exist) and go to the museum yourself.

The museum itself is fantastic and I enjoy every visit. Criticism of Florence City Tours: They promise a direct personal tour of the museum through a special entrance, but they take you to the queue where you have to wait for 20 minutes. I wouldn't have needed the special ticket for that.

WOW! This museum / gallery is huge! We did the Duomo, Accademia and Uffizi in one day, which is A LOT! We spoke to some people on another activity who said they were in the Uffizi for 6 hours! If you want to appreciate it all, I recommend booking this visit on a day to itself. The queue is always huge, so well worth getting the queue jump tickets which we booked online and picked up from a conventiently located city tours office around the corner. Within 10 minutes of getting the tickets we were in and we didn't pay much or anything more.

The host was present, but the sign was not very obvious. I was looking for someone holding up a sign or above their head. I arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule, but wasn't able to notice the small sign at my host's feet until 5 minutes after my scheduled time. i was still able to enter, only at 11:30 instead of 11:15.

Uffizi Gallery

The Uffizi Gallery features works from some of the greatest artists of all time. Once you exchange your voucher for a physical ticket and get through the security check, all you have to do is walk straight in! Then, explore the intricacies of the various compositions on display and marvel at the work of genius artists like Da Vinci, Raffaello, Masaccio, Cimabue, and Giotto. Visit the Botticelli room and admire the Birth of Venus and Primavera, two of the most famous examples of Italian Renaissance art.

Boboli Gardens

The Boboli Gardens is modeled in the Renaissance Style and is home to a wide variety of plants, as well as a vast collection of sculptures dating from the 16th to the 18th centuries. Spreading out over 111 acres of rolling greens, it is wonderfully arranged and a delight for the senses with its heady mix of nature, architecture, and sculpture. Stroll on the geometrical paths and see the many different expressions of the Renaissance. Admire the magnificent sculptures and artworks strewn all over the park, such as the 34-century-old Obelisk from Egypt, Stoldo Lorenzi’s Neptune’s Fountain and more!

Pitti Palace

This historic marvel is a journey through time, with 5 diverse museums that unveil the opulence of the Medici dynasty. Marvel at the treasures of the Grand Dukes in the treasury, step into lavish Royal Apartments, and delve into the fascinating world of fashion and attire at the Museum of Costume and Fashion.
