Getting There
Make your way to the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the tour departs. You will meet your guide at the tail of the bronze equestrian statue of Cosimo I in Piazza Della Signoria.

- Late arrivals and people who miss their tour will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund
- The tour reservations have strict timings. If you are late, it will not be possible to join the group or reschedule, unless you pay for the activity again (subject to availability).
