Kindly note that your tickets allow you to skip the entry line into the gallery, after passing the security check.

Due to security reasons, the gallery can only accommodate a certain number of people at any given time so, if space allows, you may be moved to a slightly earlier or later time slot upon arrival.

To collect the audio guide inside the museum, you have to show the original copy of your Identity Card or Passport, they will keep your ID document until the end of the visit when you will return the audio guide.

If you lose or don’t return the audio guide, you will be asked for a refund of € 250,00 per unit.

Entry is free for children aged 7 and younger (they will not be given an audio guide or map) but please select the number of children in your party at the time of booking. Reduced price option is available at the gallery for European Union citizens. Your IDs will be checked at the entrance.
