What's not allowed

• Keep in mind sharp tools or objects, weapons, food and beverages (baby food is permitted), tripods, drones, glass bottles, and cans are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!

• Keep your camera tucked away - photography is strictly not allowed at some parts of the venue like during quizzes and in construction sites.

• Shutterbugs, take note: Flash photography is a no-go inside some areas of the venue.

• Re-entering Universal Studios Japan after leaving is not permitted.

• Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

Accessibility

• It will be required for wheelchair users to switch to the seats in the attraction.

• It is required to get in touch with a crew member for guests with a wig, prosthetic limb, plaster cast, or a medical assistant tool.

• Choose safety and comfort: This experience is not the best fit for people with abnormal blood pressure, cardiac issues, back, neck, hip, or spinal disorders, motion sickness, vertigo, claustrophobia, acrophobia, and pregnant women.

• This experience is not suitable for people who have medical conditions that could be aggravated by loud sounds, fog, pitch-black darkness, strobes, and strong smells.

• Guests cannot select their preferred entry time for each ride. Guests can only enter specific rides during the time shown on their Express Pass.
