What's not allowed

• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue.

• Keep your camera tucked away – photography is strictly not allowed at the venue.

Accessibility

• While the venue is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible, certain rides require wheelchair users to change seats within the attraction.

• Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue. However, they will have to be kept in the waiting area while you experience certain attractions.

• It is required to get in touch with a crew member for guests with a wig, prosthetic limb, plaster cast, or a medical assistant tool.

• Choose safety and comfort: This experience is not the best fit for people with abnormal blood pressure, cardiac issues, back, neck, hip, or spinal disorders, motion sickness, vertigo, claustrophobia, acrophobia, and pregnant women.

• This experience is not suitable for people who have medical conditions that could be aggravated by loud sounds, fog, pitch-black darkness, strobes, and strong smells.

• Guests can only enter specific rides during the time shown on their Express Pass.
