Nice experience but it would be better if there were any signposting around mall as it took ages to find the place. Always why on earth it is at the parking? Make it closer to the public. A lady at the reception was very rude and not customer-oriented, ruined my mood before the zip-line. Photographer is also really bad and doesn't explain what he's doing and why, zero communication skills
