That you can see and photograph Venice from the water. Otherwise fast, good and clean. Seat optional but after 2 stops at the latest you have one.

I had to pay a €59 fine because the ticket time was exceeded by a few minutes. However, this was due to the long queue in Punta Sabione. You had to validate the ticket before queuing. I thought the ticket was enough for a one-way trip to the station. I wasn't aware of the rules about when the time expired.

What to bring

  • A valid ID or passport for verification.

  • A printed or mobile voucher with the PNR code for easy redemption.

What's not allowed

  • Oversized luggage—each passenger can bring up to three pieces, with a total dimension limit of 150 cm.

Accessibility

  • Most Vaporetti and ACTV buses are wheelchair accessible, but some stops may have limited accessibility.

  • Assistance is available at designated ticket offices if needed.

Additional Information

  • Children under 6 years travel for free.

  • The pass is valid for 1, 2, 3, or 7 consecutive days from the first validation.

  • Redeem and activate your pass instantly at an ACTV automatic ticket machine or designated Points of Sale and Collection spots.

  • Tickets must be validated before you board a Vaporetto or ACTV bus."

How to Use Your Tickets

  • You will receive an ACTV Public Transport Services Voucher via email. There is no need to print the same.

  • Redeem your ticket - through ACTV AUTOMATIC TICKET MACHINES just enter your PNR personal booking code available on the downloadable ticket.
