Albertina can't we visit? I want a refund of 35.8 EUR One of us spent 159 euros and two people spent a total of 318 EUR. Using the QR code on your company's Headout app, we were unable to enter the tour. In order to rush for time, we had to buy tickets by ourselves. Your company must refund my ticket purchase fee, which totaled 35.8 EUR

We are very satisfied with the vienna pass, which allows us to access many sites without waiting. The guide provided allows us to check which sites are accessible. When ordering the vienna pass, I would have liked explanations on how to book the opera and the palace in advance. ..... I couldn't find any and couldn't plan ahead. The buses are perfect, easy to take and the audio guide very useful. A beautiful city.
