We were not able to experience the Castle and its museums as we could not enter because they had electricity problems and no one could access. I have been requesting a refund for 1 week and no one has told me anything...pitiful, I won't buy anything from Headout again if I don't get my money back.Joan

We could not enter the castle museums because they had access problems with the electricity and it was closed. I have requested reimbursement for the Castle part and have not received any response yet. If I don't get my money back, I will not buy again at Headout, as they don't serve you as the customers deserve.
