VinWonders Main Entrance (Hon Tre Island Arrival Plaza)
This is the primary entrance for all guests, located directly at the end of the Vinpearl Cable Car line on Hon Tre Island. After disembarking from the cable car or ferry, visitors enter a spacious plaza with ticket validation counters, security checks, and guest services. The entrance is fully wheelchair accessible, featuring ramps, wide automatic doors, and step-free pathways. Dedicated staff are available to assist guests with strollers or special needs. For those staying at Vinpearl Resort, complimentary shuttle buses and electric carts drop off right at this entrance.
Vinpearl Ferry Terminal Entrance
During periods of high demand, maintenance, or inclement weather, guests may arrive via the Vinpearl speedboat ferry, which docks at a pier adjacent to the main entrance plaza. The ferry terminal is clearly signposted and offers the same level of accessibility as the cable car arrival, with smooth, ramped walkways and easy access to ticketing and park entry points.
- Regular hours: Open daily from 9am to 8pm.
- Last entry: Final admission is at 7pm for standard tickets. Afternoon/Evening tickets allow entry after 4pm.
- Special hours/closures: The park operates year-round, but select attractions (such as the Sea World Aquarium) may close for maintenance or renovation—currently, the aquarium is closed from March 31, 2025, until February 2026. Major Vietnamese holidays (Tet, April 30–May 1) may see extended hours or special event schedules.
