Easy pick-up at the meeting point. Very interesting explanations by a French-speaking guide who combined culture and humor with great skill. I'd recommend this tour without reservation over our visit to Auschwitz, where the time was changed and we ended up with an English-speaking guide who didn't speak French, so we didn't understand a thing because he spoke far too fast for my poor level of English. Extremely disappointed this time. Under these conditions, I don't think I'll use this organization again for a future voyage of discovery!

Respect for appointment times. The site is incredible. The driver was nice and the guide was fascinating. The only downside was a security guy who was very unpleasant when it came time to surface.

Easy to find everything to get the audio guide which had offered us all the informations about the monument . A very good choice for us!

Sehr angenehme Audioguide Führung. Angenehme Stimme des Sprechers. Man bekommt Lust noch mehr anzusehen. Es ist ein guter Überblick über die Burg und ihre Geschichte. Touring such a large mine was an incredibly impressive. Our guide was very humorous, knowledgeable and experienced. The information about the underground channels and the history of the mine was quite interesting. However we didn't know that there was two different tours during buying the tickets from "headout". I think, unfortunately we couldn't see the largest church in the mine and some sculptures made by salt, although these are existing on the web sites. This disappointed us.

Absolutely competent guide; Sylwia showed and explained details of sights and background information on the city's history that you won't find in any guidebook. The flexibility due to the weather conditions was also impressive. The service in the background is also highly recommended.

Especially I want to underline the excellent guide service in French Zofia Szatan. Thanks to his explanations I could know better and value more the treasures of the cathedral and the city of Krakow in general. I strongly recommend this tour.
