The tour guide was great. Very knowledgeable of history and art. Walked us through the cathedral and dome at a great pace. Given the number of stairs to climb to the top she was very clear so people could decide to continue or not. I did it and appreciate she guided us through steep and narrow stairs very smoothly.

Being inside the palace was awesome
Finding Headouts office beforehand was a bit challenging and I recommend giving yourself plenty of time before the tour. Skipping the line with our guide was brilliant. Whilst the tour was called "mysteries and secrets" it was really just a history... not many secrets revealed.

I took the train up from Florence to spend the day in Venice. The walking tour was quite informative, and our guide was very knowledgeable and quite pleasant she kept us altogether in the crowded streets of Venice.
The gondola ride was quite nice. It was a very good way to check out Venice in a day.

Very interesting guide, provide lots of information, no waiting for the Gondala ride was good.
But you need to tel people that they exchange the app booking for physical,tickets at the meeting point

Monica our guide was brilliant... so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about her home of Venice. With radios even tho sometimes we had to be spread out in single file for the narrow alleys we could hear her clearly. She could answer any of our questions..we first did the walking tour approx hour and a half and short break before we did the tour of inside St Marks.. about an hour .. your ticket is well priced considering it includes the skip the line and an upstairs museum tour ... views from the roof spectacular! The meeting point is well explained and the Get your Guide app is a massive help .. reminders and directions... Highly recommend !
