My visit to Universal Studios with Headout was really great. Booking everything was super easy, and I got my tickets right away, which made the whole process a lot less stressful. I liked that all the information was clear, and I didn't have to worry about printing anything out. At Universal Studios Hollywood, the tickets scanned perfectly, and getting in was quick. That made a big difference because nobody wants to start the day dealing with ticket problems. The park itself was amazing. The rides were so much fun, especially the Studio Tour, and there was always something exciting to do. What made it special was honestly how smooth everything went. Headout kept me updated and made the whole experience really convenient. It let me just enjoy the day instead of stressing about logistics. I would definitely use Headout again for another trip.

I'm 90, took a friend 85 who had never been, he loved it. I took my 4 kids there 55 years ago, and it was amazing then.

Having the tickets made it easy to go right in, but I had been worried because I had scheduled an 11:15 time, but the tickets said you had to be there 15 minutes before 9:00 am. That was an impossibility so we just hoped for the best. We strolled right in so I have to assume thw times don't matter, just be forewarned. Not Headout's fault but only one of the three elevators worked in the parking lot on a weekend full of wheelchairs and strollers!

A truly unforgettable experience at Warner Bros! I loved the tour and it exceeded all my expectations: walking among iconic sets and discovering the behind-the-scenes stories of famous films and series was exciting. If I have the chance to return to Los Angeles, I would definitely do it again, perhaps choosing an even more comprehensive package to get the most out of the experience. The real highlight of the tour was undoubtedly our guide: wonderful, very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable, he was able to engage you and catapult you into each scene, allowing you to relive every moment of the productions filmed there.
