I will NEVER book another tour with Headout. We had trouble finding the meeting location. We walked around for 10 minutes trying to find the guide. I called customer service a few minutes after the tour was scheduled to leave and the representative was NOT helpful. Basically I was told that it was all my fault that we missed the tour. She told me that even if the guide wasn't holding up a flag to indicate the tour, it was my responsibility to find them. I asked to be booked on another tour and was told there was no other tour available. I asked for a refund, since the guide was no where to be found. Again, I was informed this was my fault and no refund would be given. I planned to take this tour because I was travelling with my 11-year-old grandson and thought he would enjoy a live guide more than a recorded tour. I was so upset about the situation I broke down in tear. The representative was not at all empathic. When I asked to speek with her supervisor, I was told I wouldn't be put through, but could write an email to the company. I was so distraught I hung up. We ended up taking the self-guided tour of Westminster Abbey, but missed the changing of the guards. I would like a full refund for this horrible experience.Rafael

A historic journey through royal traditions
Immerse yourself in the UK's glorious past with this small-group guided tour through the splendid Westminster Abbey. Navigated by an English-speaking guide well-versed in British history, you'll walk through the hallowed halls that have seen the coronation of 40 British monarchs. The awe-inspiring Gothic architecture will captivate you, with the Abbey's nave standing as the highest in England. Traverse the same path as countless historical figures, from Elizabeth I to Isaac Newton, their final resting places nestled within these ancient walls.
A celebration of loyalty and dedication
Once you're done exploring the historic Westminster Abbey, it's time to proceed to Buckingham Palace. On Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, get the chance to see the famous Changing of the Guards ceremony. During this ceremony, the soldiers protecting the Royal Palaces are replaced by new ones. Be awed by the vibrant red tunics and bear skins worn by the guards, as they perform the ceremony combined with military bands playing music.
