The experience was breathtaking with the views of the city. The elevator ride was 52 seconds to 100 floors...pretty amazing!

Look, can I be disappointed going to an observation deck at sundown and it being absolutely packed out? Probably not. It was chocka and it does kind of curb the experience. I thought the coloured lines on the glass were ridiculous. So much space unutilised, so many people that could use that glass space for a great view, and they just look tacky in my personal opinion. I have other favourite observation decks, but it was I did enjoy myself!

Too much crowd, not handled properly. Couldn't able to get the spot for viewing. Waited a lot for other people to leave the spot. Not organised properly.

We had a good time at Edge and 360 views of Manhattan's city was unique. Their staff members were friendly and helpful. Due to bad weather, we missed outside deck experience.

This was my fourth visit and it never fails. We brought someone who had never been to NYC before and he loved it. Lines were showery and staff was nice.
