It was not always easy to hear the tour guide and keep up, particularly at the Schindler's Factory. Also, we booked to start our tour at 3.20pm and arrived on time as it said if you are late you miss out, yet we were kept waiting until 3.45 because of people who were late!!! That was annoying!!

Kate was our tour guide on the day. We could not speak highly enough of her! As a knowledgable, professional and friendly individual, she is a credit to the museum and its Polish origins.. Everything was explained in language we could understand. Length of tour was just right, with excellent exhibits. We would highly recommend a visit to friends in the future.

The temperature underground tends to reach 17–18°C. Dress in layers for adaptable comfort.
In exceptional cases, some of the chambers of the Tourist Route might be excluded from the guided tour.
Telecommunication signals will not reach you in the mine. However, a designated place is available to use free WiFi and make phone calls.

Schindler's Factory

Nobody likes a crowd. A single group has a maximum of 25 people.
