The tour guide Wojcinch (Discover Cracow) that you booked for us was so entertaining. First contacted us in WhatsApp the day before asking for any questions. During the tour he had us laughing about some of the exhibits, but was sensitive about others. Schindler's factory exhibits came alive.

Incredible place.....what a monument to the industriousness of working people through the centuries...172 MTRS down and a huge chapel,lakes,restaurant!!!!!!! Amazing

We really enjoyed the tour, which was very well explained by the guide. The only drawback was that it was quite narrow, and the words of other guides overrode ours. Despite the headphones in our ears, it was quite difficult to follow.

ATTENTION !!!! This is NOT a visit to the SCHINDLER FACTORY!!! But really a visit to a museum about Krakow's history during the Second World War! Title misleading on booking site, disappointed by this kind of tourist trap... The French-speaking guide didn't make sure the headphones were working properly during the tour, and complained that she had to go back downstairs to fix the problem. 1.5-hour visit at a snail's pace... small museum, little space and lots of groups. You can hardly see anything during the tour, it's so fast... Prefer a visit without a guide for 25zt with the paper guide, and above all, it will be at your own pace!

What made the difference and made this experience better than others was: the human guide. The museum was not what I expected as instead of a "factory" it's a collection of images and stories, but the guide was very good in helping us make sense of what we were seeing and teaching us a nice history lesson.

The temperature underground tends to reach 17–18°C. Dress in layers for adaptable comfort.
In exceptional cases, some of the chambers of the Tourist Route might be excluded from the guided tour.
Telecommunication signals will not reach you in the mine. However, a designated place is available to use free WiFi and make phone calls.

Schindler's Factory

Nobody likes a crowd. A single group has a maximum of 25 people.
