I did both tours, and they are equally worth doing, and equally offering very different perspectives. An error was initially made, as I was sold the wrong ticket when I booked it from London, which caused some confusion, but all the staff were very polite and helpful and the problem was resolved. Seeing the mines are very unique. I strongly recommend a visit. Thank you.

Touring such a large mine was an incredibly impressive. Our guide was very humorous, knowledgeable and experienced. The information about the underground channels and the history of the mine was quite interesting. However we didn't know that there was two different tours during buying the tickets from "headout". I think, unfortunately we couldn't see the largest church in the mine and some sculptures made by salt, although these are existing on the web sites. This disappointed us.

Please note that the maximum depth you can reach is 101m where telecommunication signals will not reach you.
It’s recommended to wear comfortable shoes.
There are no toilets available underground.
Note that you take part in the tour in the company of other individual tourists, the Mine is responsible for assembling a group.
As the temperature underground reaches 14-16ºC, the best way to dress is in layers.
Photography is allowed.
