This package is exclusively available to tourists visiting the UAE and not to UAE citizens or residents.

According to UAE Telecom Regulation, only one SIM Card can be issued per passport.

The passport holder must be at least 16 years old and present at the moment of SIM activation.

You can collect your SIM Card by visiting Etisalat Business Centre or the outlet at Sharjah International Airport in the arrival area.

Keep your original passport and visa (if required for travel) on hand for SIM Card redemption.
