It was easy to use and install, and worked perfectly while I was in Sydney for the week. No issues and easy to turn off when we returned to NZ. Would definitely use again.

Hi, it took me 6 days to activate the SIM, when I contacted I received very good attention and support, but I suggest more detail for installation, at least with first time users.

It was smooth and hasslefree expereince with headout. It would be great if Headout can come up with more packages for different days. As of now only 3, 7 and so on is possible. It would be great if we could have flexibility of choosing the days.

How to redeem your eSIM

On the Headout page or Headout app, download your ticket.

You will need to provide your Home country and phone number to access the eSIM details, QR code, and setup instructions.

Follow the setup instructions to activate your eSIM on your device. Make sure you have an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data).

For a smooth experience, install your eSIM at home after purchase - your eSIM plan automatically starts only upon landing abroad (you can also install your eSIM while abroad).
