Important Information

Please check that your mobile device and its operating system are compatible with eSIM before booking.
iPhones sold in China do not support eSIM, and neither do certain mobile phones sold in Hong Kong and Macao, so make sure your iOS version is at least 12.1.
If a QR Code is stored on a mobile device, it cannot be scanned.
If you want to use your eSIM with another device, you'll need to print out a voucher or display it on that device.
While setting up your eSIM, a stable network or WiFi connection is required.
