Amazing experience visiting Windsor Castle , seeing this for the first time makes you feel proud to be British. So much history and heritage under one roof and grounds! All staff from castle to grounds were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Security tight as one can expect and appreciate. Very well organsied tour of the castle with or without guides. The portable audio guides are brilliant and easy to navigate offering different language option. Highly recommend this experience.Stefano

Before entering the Castle there was a changing of the guard ceremony that exited the Castle and marched through town with their band playing. Ticket exchange went very smoothly and before you knew it you were inside the Castle grounds. We had been many years ago and had to rush round but this time was different. The Staterooms , still used today , were breathtaking as were all the different areas in the Castle buildings. Another highlight was visiting St George's chapel where we viewed the resting place of our late Queen and Prince Phillip. All in all a great day.Jennifer

Due to us travelling during an off peak time meant it was not very crowded. The audio and head phones added significantly to the experience. We were able to skip uninteresting parts, but we could also replay information that was interesting.
Enjoy unrestricted access to the castle’s key areas on this independent exploration, allowing you to explore at your own pace and focus on what interests you the most.
