The trip was informative and entertaining, the captain Dennis and the service by Luca very courteous. Dennis provided a lot of additional information about the buildings and sights along the way. Both were helpful in categorizing the information spoken from the tape and finding the buildings. One star less for the fact that you could hardly understand the text on the cell phone, as the English text was played over loudspeakers for everyone.View original review in German
