The driver and tour guide were great!! The booking agent not so good. My ticket stated pick up at 8:30 but it was suppose to say 9:00am. Then my ticket stated 5.5 hours but the tour was really 6.5 so we had to leave early. The tour was great but I was very ynhappy with rush to the pick up spot to just wait and think we had been left! I incurred a 15.00 dollar roaming fee to find out that it started at 9:00am. :(.

Efficiency, once you've got past the hassle of installing it on 4 different smartphones, which meant losing the trip to the main station.

Very punctual throughout the tour. On the downside, the little time spent in the first village you visit and the time wasted in the cheese factory you visit, because those same cheeses can be bought in Amsterdam and not waste time there. Overall though, we liked the visit very much.
