See animals that are or were native to our region up close, learn more about their way of life, and all this in an incredibly beautiful environment. Highly recommended!

I visited the Alpine Zoo again for the first time after more than 20 years, this time with my French friend, who was deeply impressed. I noticed that the wolf enclosure was missing, there was only remotely visible a wolf that was always running back and forth like a trapped animal. Otherwise, the Alpine Zoo is wonderful as always. I rode the new Hungerburg train for the first time, even though it is well organized, the old train was much more spectacular.

We were able to check in easily with the ticket on the cell phone without printout and without queuing both in the Hungerburgbahn and in the Alpenzoo. The staff were competent and helpful.

Der alpenzoo ist wirklich sehenswert, sehr schön angelegt . Bahnfahrt ebenfalls gut, schade nur das wir mit dem Wetter Pech hatten, sonst hätte man noch weiter rauf zur Nordkette fahren können

Zoo ist wirklich sehenswert (natürlich im Winter bei Kälte weniger als wenn es warm ist - Winterschlaf) ... aber alles mit viele liebe zum Detail gemacht Die Fahrt mit der Bahn war auch sehr interessant (wenn auch kurz)

Hat alles super gepasst, gerne wieder :) Innsbruck ist immer ein Besuch wert und die Fahrt mit der Hungerbahn in den Alpenzoo ist wirklich ein Highlight

Super schöner Zoo! Mit Kindern kann man mindestens 2-3 Stunden einplanen für einen Besuch. Schon allein wegen des rollen Spielplatzes 🤩
