Booking was easy and confirmation was instant. Once u download the app, u dont need internet to view the tickets, which is great. And not to forget the discounts, great site to book discounted tickets :)

The entry required a bar code scan and not a QR code. So had to go to the ticketing counter to get a barcode print out to be able to enter. Not a big deal but less seamless and "mobile" than expected.

USS Express pass way too helpful! Had not been queue of any riders/shows for more than 10 mins. Loved the experience with headout. It was an amazing and smooth sailing experience overall.

We had a wonderful day at Universal Studios. Loved every bit of the experience. They really took good care of us and helped us as we had our mom on wheelchair. Special treatment given to the elders touched our hearts 💕.
