Quinta da Regaleira is an absolute must-see, especially for those who love mysterious and mystical places. However, be sure to set aside extra time for the journey. We were late for our appointment due to a fire on the road and the resulting traffic. Sintra is a small town with very narrow streets, and since it was impossible for our cab to take an alternative route, we had to hike downhill and then back uphill. Even though we missed our scheduled entrance time, the staff was kind enough to let us in anyway. You need at least 3 hours to fully see and enjoy the park and the castle. If you have the time, I also highly recommend visiting Biester Palace; it is very close to Quinta da Regaleira and easy to see on the same day.

The trip was amazing except the crowds in Pena Palace which could be avoided if we went early in the morning before Sintra. Our guides Francisco and Mathilda were amzing, funny and friedly 🥰

Easy booking. A wonderful experience at Jeronimus. I recommend buying your ticket in advance on Headout to avoid long lines.

Great view points of the entire city. Tickets arrived wirhin 15 minutes and we easily bypassed an hour long line at th ticket office?!

The visit was amazing; the park is absolutely beautiful, with easy access and a breathtaking view. The garden, teeming with nature, transports us to a magical and unique moment.

It's a nice walk up to the castle, provided you're in decent shape; otherwise, I recommend taking public transportation. The views from the different towers are spectacular. Be sure to dress appropriately, as temperatures vary up there.
