Very interesting places, very professional, friendly and willing guides. The drivers were very good. The tour of Auschwitz was very well organized inside the camp, and the headsets with microphones were a very good idea. One small drawback: we would have liked to have had a schedule of the day's activities beforehand. Before we got off the bus on the way back from Auschwitz, we didn't know how or when we were going to the salt mine.

what an extraordinary and unforgettable tour experience. truly a full day immersed in history, exploring and learning about two profoundly distinct periods of time. everything was seamless: the buses were perfectly on schedule, check-ins were hassle free, and we were thoughtfully accounted for every step of the way. no matter how far we strayed from the group, the bus waited for us, ensuring we never felt rushed. but what truly set this tour apart was our guide, Lara - an absolute gem of a person. her warmth, kindness, and genuine care for everyone made all the difference. not only was she knowledgeable, and sensitive, but she also went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable as we moved from location to location. she didn’t just guide us, she brought the experience to life, making every moment feel a little more special and personal. Lara is just one of those rare people who leaves an impression that lasts long after the tour ends. as an american traveling in a foreign country and not speaking the native language, this tour made everything exceptionally easy and smooth. there were no moments of confusion or uncertainty, the guidance was clear, and we always knew exactly where to be and what was happening next. every step of the journey was thoughtfully laid out, removing any of the usual stresses that come with being in a new place. by the end of the day, i didn’t just feel like a tourist... i felt connected to the history, culture, and people in a way that left me fulfilled and grateful for the experience. this tour truly delivered a sense of ease and discovery appreciated by those who are naturally more anxious. i couldn't recommend it more.

the ride to each location was quite smooth( which was great. Our guide handled the ticket gathering and the organization of each language group with their main tour guide for the locations. My guide was fantastic. She was well-versed in the history but also passionate, ensuring the tour visitors (like myself) understood the impact of Auschwitz and Birkenau. The Birkenau trip did get cut short, which was a bit disappointing, due primarily to a long line to get into the first museum/Auschwitz, but perhaps that was the museum itself. The salt mine tour guide was also amazing! Unfortunately I forget her name, but she made funny jokes and gave us plenty of time to look around at each stop on the tour. Overall, a great and informative trip! I have not added photos of Aushwitz/Birkenau in respect of the victims and families.

The Wieliczka Salt Mine is an impressive site. I was amazed by knowing that all the beautiful art sculpted in salt was made by the workers in the mine. Visiting Auschwitz and Birkenau, guided by a knowledgeable person, was an unforgettable experience. Only being there to feel. Both tours could have been a better experience if the guide in the bus could use the travel time to tell us more about the places we were travelling through. His function was basically a "head counter".
