The process was seamless, just the apac bookings didnt deply on time and i was stuck at night safari for 1 hour, on call internationally with go city agent, not getting any help. I got my tickets after 1 hour after waiting for apac booking emails.

With Go City Singapore we were able to see several attractions in Singapore without any problems. Maybe more work should be done on how to access different attractions because there are locations where one ticketing office sends you to another and you start the queue all over again. And the booking process is sometimes difficult with this pass.

The process was easy and the pass came in really handy. Did find that not all attractions required 24hr notice booking as stated in pass details, which led to a conflict for us on this trip. But overall using pass, getting tickets etc was easy and quick.

Seamless activation

Download the Go City app.
Use your order confirmation number to sync your pass on your smartphone through the app.
Find all the info you need, including entry details, opening hours, and a digital map, all at your fingertips!
Your pass will automatically activate when you visit your first attraction.
Some popular attractions require advance booking, so check for the 'reservations required' stamp in the app and find all the info you need to book.
Validity: Your pass is valid for the number of days chosen (not 24-hour periods). For example, if you select a 3-day pass and visit an attraction on Monday afternoon, your pass is valid for the remainder of Monday and the next 2 consecutive days of the week.
