I loved that you could get off where you wanted and go explore, then get back on when you were ready for the next stop. We made 2 stops. The only thing I didn't like was we got back on the wrong colour line. We wanted to go to China town, but the bus we got on didn't go there, we asked the driver if he went to China town, he said no n just kept going, we had no chance to get back off, I went back up and asked him where can we get off to get on the right bus, he's said you have to go back to the start and get on the right one. He was a grumpy rude old bastard, that had no time to explain to foreigners. Not helpful at all.

Audio very low. Could not really hear it. Bus was comfortably cool but the overhead announcements were also not clear.

It was very convenient. The air conditioning was good. The driver was nice. Worthwhile doing a loop with commentary once.

Easy to buy tickets. Didn't realise I could download an app to see real-time tracking (another passenger told us on the bus). This is an awesome function - needs to be promoted more clearly.

The buses were clean. Great commentary although it occasionally went out of sync where we were (I appreciate this is tricky with traffic etc).
