It is true that you have to read everything before buying the ticket but it is very misleading your site...... I tried to buy the ticket for the Passetto dei Papi but I ended up with a normal skip the line ticket and NOT the Passetto dei Papi!!!! The ticket can only be purchased on Coop Cultura site. Audioguide It was not indicated that it would be downloadable to the cell phone. We did have headphones, but the jack was for the traditional audio guide, not for the phone. This required an internet connection, and not everyone has the right package. Time-consuming procedures, ticket collection point not indicated, unclear booking information. However, the girl who finally took charge was competent. Difficult to manage the photo application. Little historical explanation. Problems managing stages.View original review in French
