Your pass activates automatically when you first use it – either at a museum/site or on public transport. However, even if used at a museum/site first, you must validate the pass on your first public transport ride by tapping it on the black contactless reader.

Activated: Once activated (upon first use), your pass is valid for 72 hours. This 72-hour period begins with your first use, whether at an attraction or on public transportation, as per the option selected.

Non-activated: Your pass is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
