Knowledgeable staff, whole environment, good visitor centre. Everything well organised and safe. It's a shame we only saw a few penguins on our particular night but that's nature I suppose!

Boardwalks and introduction to the area and experience were excellent. Ticketing experience very easy to navigate. Think the viewing platforms could be better designed to afford an improved view of the penguin beach arrivals and seating more evenly spaced to reassure visitors of best view possible without jostling. Arrival to the location well signed with beautiful landscape arrival to set the scene. Facilities excellent. Thank you and can tell you are working in continuous improvement for penguins and public alike.

Being so close to the penguins was incredible - seeing how many people ignored the rules and used their iphone cameras with flashes was not so much.

My grandchildren absolutely loved the penguins walking up the beach, watching them going to their burrows and listening to their singing. I think they will always remember this, I know I will not forget the smiles on my grandchildren's faces.
