Ticketing was easy, the ride comfortable and we enjoyed the info and banter on the attractions. One sad thing was the one time we wanted to get on the bus and the driver argued with us there was no room when there were clearly plenty of spaces on the upper deck where we wanted to sit. He wasn't nasty just adamant. Eventually he let us on to check and we reported back to him how many empty places there still were.Chiara
