Take part in an interactive cooking class at a restaurant situated in the historic Jewish Ghetto district of Rome. The history and culture of the area have defined its food and the specialties you'll prepare in this class are some of the best of this cuisine.
Culinary & cultural diversity
Learn about traditions and secret ingredients from your professional chef and foodie guide. They will introduce you to seasonal and fresh produce and you'll prepare different items depending on the season. During summer, make a fritto alla romana, while winter classes will have you preparing the famous artichoke dish, carciofi alla giudìa. When it comes to desserts, torta di ricotta e visciole cheesecake is on the menu, prepared with simple but excellent sour cherries.
