• The Eiffel Tower's summit is not accessible for wheelchair users or guests with mobility issues.

• Please note that the following are not allowed: smoking, large luggage, non-folding buggies/prams, big bags, baby strollers, rollerblades, scooters, skateboards, hoverboards, other large rolling objects (except foldable pushchairs, medical or assistance vehicles for persons with reduced mobility), knives, pocket knives, scissors, corkscrews, glass bottles, padlocks, and cans.

Seine River

• Please note that the following are not allowed: smoking, large luggage, and animals (with the exception of animals accompanying visitors with disabilities).

Accessibility

Eiffel Tower

• Facilities: Wheelchair Accessibility, Pram/Stroller Accessibility (only on the Eiffel Tower's 2nd Floor)

• The summit floor of Eiffel tower is not wheelchair accessible.

Additional information

• Please note you'll be taking the stairs to the 2nd floor while elevator access is provided to the summit.

• Even with prepaid access, you might wait at the security check and for elevators on the ground and on the 2nd floor.

Seine River

• To comply with the rules, the river cruise boats host 300 people in good weather and 120 people in rainy weather.
