Great tour. All stops were amazing and tour guides friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. Unfortunately for us we were put on a Spanish speaking bus with no English. People and the guide were very helpful to try and let us know what was going on, but unfortunately a lot of the information about the tour was lost in translation. I contacted Headout to try and get at least a partial refund but was basically ignored. All they did was try and blame the tour provider and would not accept any responsibility . So in the end, great tour but Headout really disappointing.

Great tour and the tour guide was wonderful. He did a wonderful job of explaining the wine business and was very patience with us. He assisted the guests with purchasing tickets for the trampoline and check through the bus to see if any things was left back.

There was a mistake, and we were boarded with a Spanish group. The guide was really helpful and arrange for us to get on the right bus. What is more, we were given a very nice sit. I recommend this trip, for it is very well organised and the guides are very helpful.
