Had a great time there. It just was not clear on confirmation from Headsup (that I printed out and took with us) - that you had to have on line only tickets only. The staff at Gardens by the Bay were extremely helpful and got us connected and we were able to access our tickets online.

Ticketing experiente was great. Cloud forest is amazing and visited also Supertree observatory, where I could take great pictures. Floral Fantasy os awesome top. Very Nice indeed

Ticketing was great. The only company to have last minute next day tickets. The Gardens were great. We loved the cloud forest. Sadly Glower dome was closed the day we went. The Supertree walkway was amazing. Such great views.

Get ready for an adventure like no other at Gardens by the Bay! First, chill out in the Flower Dome, the world's biggest glass greenhouse. It's always spring inside, with colorful flowers from all over the world. Next, take a hike through the Cloud Forest and feel the mist from the super tall indoor waterfall.

You'll see plants you never knew existed! Then, zoom up to the top of the Supertree Observatory for a bird's-eye view of the gardens and Marina Bay. Don't miss the amazing light shows at night – they'll make your jaw drop.

On Monet's opening day, Jul 12, 2024, the Impressions of Monet experience will run from 11am to 9pm. The Flower Dome's floral display will open at 9am.
These tickets have an extended validity. However, visits to both conservatories must be completed on the same day.
Facilities: rentable lockers, free WiFi, ATM, bottle filling stations, free mobile charging stations, rentable audio headsets, nursing rooms, shuttle services, etc.
Please note the following closure dates for the Conservatories at Gardens by the Bay:
- Floral Fantasy: November 5 and from November 19-30
- Flower Dome: November 27
- Cloud Forest: November 11
- Supertree Observatory: November 7
- OCBC Skyway: November 13, and December 11
