• Awana Skyway will be closed for maintenance from October 14 to 18, 2024. On these days, the Genting Skyway will operate between 7am and 11pm.

• Link your ticket to the Genting SkyWorlds app to stay notified about the Rainy Day Guarantee, which offers a complimentary return ticket valid for 12 months if adverse weather disrupts your visit for an hour or more – just screenshot the notification, bring your original ticket and ID, and check the app for updates before returning.

• Virtual Queueing (VQ) allows you to reserve timed entries for rides, attractions and shows through the Genting SkyWorlds app. Activation occurs upon ticket scanning at the turnstile on your visit date.

• To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid activating or linking ticket codes until arrival. Activating tickets in advance may cause them to expire before use.

• Children are to be supervised at all times.

• Children below 90cm in height can enter for free.

• Operating hours may change without prior notice. Kindly check the attraction's official website prior to your visit.
