The activity itself is great. The problem is the lack of complete information about the service. IT'S NOT HOP ON HOP OFF. You can only get on and off the bus at a single stop.

The ride and the audio guide were very good. What was not good was that there was no indication at the time of booking that there are currently no more hop-on hop-off tours in Madrid, only panoramic tours without stops. It was therefore not possible to get on the bus near our hotel as we had intended, so we had to ask around and walk to the starting point at the Prado MUSEUM.

None warned me that the bus was no longer hop-on hop-off, so one could no longer get off at each stop and quin di could only get on from a predetermined starting point. This caused us considerable inconvenience

This experience is wheelchair accessible. However, each bus can accommodate only one wheelchair.

Additional Information

On the days when tours are canceled due to traffic interruptions, passengers will be informed through notices at bus stops.

Small animals in kennels or carriers are welcome onboard.

Display either a mobile or printed voucher and hop on to the bus from any stop on the route. The driver will exchange it for the bus ticket.

Validity

Please carry a printout of the voucher along with a valid photo ID and display the same to the driver while boarding the bus from any one of the designated stops.
