Actually i only do 3 stars. 🌟 because the stops are so spread out and not easy..its always full and packed. The conductor are not nice bit nasty plus sometimes they stop narration

It was great that the tickets could be bought in advance. The bus trip was fine. Too bad the audio didn't work properly, so we didn't hear everything. The queue for the palace was very long. With our pre-purchased tickets we were able to skip the line. Very nice.

Easy to find pick-up locations. Friendly staff. Nice tour (modern and old). Always a spot free at the top.

Great tour that allowed us to ride and see with small kids a lot of the city. Very nice commentary. Easy to use and very helpful for non-Spanish speakers.

What's not allowed

Keep in mind large suitcases or packages are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!

Accessibility

The buses are wheelchair accessible. However, only 1 wheelchair is allowed per bus.
Ramps are available for easy access.

Additional information

On the days when the tours are canceled, due to traffic interruptions, passengers will be informed through notices at bus stops.
Small animals in kennels or carriers are welcome onboard.

My tickets

Display either a mobile or printed voucher and hop on to the bus from any stop on the route. The driver will exchange it for the bus ticket.

Validity

Please carry a printout of the voucher along with a valid photo ID and display the same to the driver while boarding the bus from any one of the designated stops.
Your ticket is valid for 1 or 2 days depending on the option selected during purchase.
