Purchasing ticket from headout is a good experience cos is solve the problem of queue. Current underwater world is not as special as before. Less fish and less attraction. Hope the management of underwater world Can upgrade the facilities to make it more interesting place to visit

Activity was good. But booking process can be improved to give clearer info on where to go for pick-up and the contact person. After booking, I received a confirmation email just saying the pick-up point is Hotel in Pantai Cenang. I waited 1 day and didn't get any further info and no one contacted me so I was getting worried as we were supposed to meet next day early morning but I didn't know where to go. So I searched on google for the company name listed on Headout and called them to find out the meet-up point.

Smooth online ticketing. Nice ambience and happy to see animals looked healthy and in a clean environment. Informative knowledge provided. The only negative experience is the state of the public toilets. Badly maintained and smelly, not up to par. Will give a bad impression to tourists.

I loved UnderWater World, Langkawi! The penguins are so cute and the fishes are so interesting! Headout process is so easy and simple! The price is way cheaper than buying on site. Redemption process is easy too. Just need to show the digital ticket on the phone at the ticket counter and scan in at the entrance.
