Purchasing tickets was a breeze. I would take the three museum option when booking your tickets. The Prado was great but you couldn't take photos. Other two were an incredible surprise. Must see!Wang

Personnel provided excellent service but when they will be named bus stops in English also, will be better. Additionally, I would like to recommend make some tour bus stops more visible from the distance, espesially on the Green Line.Lisa

We love the hop-on hop-off feature to see whatever we want and get back on the bus anytime. Purchase tickets was easy online on my cell phone. I highly recommend it if you're trying to get familiar with a new city. After our visit on the bus, we went back and revisited places more in depth. I highly recommend they hop on hop off bus experienceStuart

Great venue and loved the palace tour. All signs were in both Spanish and English and the audio guides were worth the small additional charge. An amazing place to see and learn about. Bus tour was ok, although a number of headphone ports on some of the buses weren't working so no commentary. Got us where we needed and enjoyed seeing the city that way.Andrea

The best way to get an overview of the city and see what you might want to see a second time. On the other hand, as already mentioned elsewhere, the marking of the boarding stations could be improved.View original review in German
